‘Amityville: The Awakening’ Gets Bad News From Dimension Films [Video]

Amityville: The Awakening has had a rollercoaster ride over the past several years with non-stop push backs and delays. With new trailers and TV promos for Amityville: The Awakening having already rolled out, Dimension Films have once again unscheduled the film, this time not rescheduling it at all.

“People are strange!”

This of course is a very bad sign for Amityville: The Awakening. It either indicates that the studio has better projects to spend its money on for now, or they do not have faith that the film will have a large enough return on its investment.

Although there has been no official word yet on the fate of Amityville: The Awakening, there is a better than good chance that the film good get a straight to digital release.

Horror fans that have already seen the trailers for Amityville: The Awakening seem to be quite pleased them. Although it does add an extra sequel into a series that is already oversaturated with stories that have been distorted versions of a claimed truth.

“Vintage horror fiction!”

I will keep horror fans updated as to the progress of Amityville: The Awakening when news breaks.
